Full Circle is a Fellowship program to encourage and enable talented girls from poor families to achieve their potential. Education is necessary to lead a life of dignity and Full Circle gives an opportunity to girls to dream and then our effort is to help them achieve their dreams.

In my 25 years in the development Sector, the most important cause that needs urgent attention is in the field of higher education for talented girls from poor families. This can really enable young women to realize their potential and empower them. In view of the prevailing situation of higher education in the country, This becomes even more challenging for brilliant girls from rural and disadvantaged families to pursue higher education to achieve their potential.
Besides financial support, fellows are transformed through mentoring and systematic workshops in personality development, confidence building, communication skills, career, and general guidance and counseling.
FULL CIRCLE has been set up to achieve these objectives for as many as we can reach.
FULL CIRCLE is based on the model of Udayan Care-an organization I have been associated with for many years that has inspired me.
As of date, we have 60 girls whom we call ‘Full Circle Fellows’ and will be progressively adding more and spreading to other districts of Punjab. I am supporting this project with the help of my family, extended family, and some friends. Mr Sarpal Singh our Patron is a guiding force. Many who have heard of our effort have become inclined to support it.

Full Circle Fellow Sukhmani Kaur has been selected for admission to PLAKSHA University for B Tech Computer Science Engineering and AI awith 100 % scholarship, including hostel fee also. She has really worked hard going through a series of interviews and coming up tops.
