Full Circle is a Fellowship program to encourage and enable talented girls from poor families to achieve their potential. Education is necessary to lead a life of dignity and Full Circle gives an opportunity to girls to dream and then our effort is to help them achieve their dreams.
Full Circle has grown to 60 fellows as on date with a new batch to be added between April & August 2026

d) The need for a helping hand in domestic chores.
We ask these girls to dream and we help them to realise their dreams and achieve their potential. Many have passed through and we have 60 girls now.

Patiala Chapter
With considerable success at Mohali Full Circle has started a Chapter in Patiala with 50 girls in Apr 2026. Girls have been selected from four Government schools through our robust selection process.

In my 30 years in the development Sector, the most important cause that needs urgent attention is in the field of higher education for talented girls from poor families. This can really enable young women to realize their potential and empower them. In view of the prevailing situation of higher education in the country, This becomes even more challenging for brilliant girls from rural and disadvantaged families to pursue higher education to achieve their potential.
Besides financial support, fellows are transformed through mentoring and systematic workshops in personality development, confidence building, communication skills, career, and general guidance and counseling.
FULL CIRCLE has been set up to achieve these objectives for as many as we can reach.
FULL CIRCLE is based on the model of Udayan Care-an organization I have been associated with for many years that has inspired me.
As of date, we have 60 girls whom we call ‘Full Circle Fellows’ and will be progressively adding more and spreading to other districts of Punjab. I am supporting this project with the help of my family, extended family, and some friends. Mr Sarpal Singh our Patron is a guiding force. Many who have heard of our effort have become inclined to support it.

Ishita is a story of perseverance and doggedness. Never say die. She scored 94.4 % marks in Class 12 and has now secured 558 marks in a retest of NEET exam and is ready to join a Government Medical College. She fixes her own target and makes her own action plan to achieve desired results. "Full Circle has changed my outlook towards life. I have gained abundant confidence which has helped me grow as a person. I cannot thank Full Circle ever enough and I can now speak in any forum. I am committed to contribute to my community likewise"
Raveena's journey reflects resilience, purpose and a deep commitment to giving back to society.
Raveena belongs to Village Cholta Kalan and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) at Rayat Bahra University, specializing in Human Resource Management and Supply Chain Management. Reflecting on her journey with Full Circle, she shares: "One of the best things to happen in my life was becoming a part of Full Circle. They transformed me into a positive, hardworking and empathetic individual with strong communication skills and greater confidence in my abilities." Raveena is currently preparing for the CAT examination, with the aspiration of pursuing an MBA from a reputed business school. Her dreams extend beyond personal success.
Sanjana, a second-year MBBS student at Guru Gobind Singh Medical College & Hospital, Faridkot, aspires to become a skilled and compassionate doctor who makes a meaningful difference in people's lives. Having joined Full Circle in Class XI, she credits the organisation's support and mentoring for strengthening her confidence, resilience and belief in herself. "Full Circle has been one of the most important influences in my journey. I hope to one day inspire and support young"
Anu completed Class XII from Government School, Kharar, with an impressive 94.2% and is currently pursuing B.
Pushpinder Kaur hails from Village Aspal Khurd in Barnala district, Punjab. Coming from a humble background, with her father working as a driver, she has pursued her educational goals with remarkable dedication and perseverance. She completed her B.Voc. in Software Development with an impressive SGPA of 9.4 and is currently pursuing her Master of Computer Applications (MCA). Passionate about technology and driven by a desire for continuous learning, Pushpinder aspires to build a successful career in the IT industry.
Harshpreet joined Full Circle as a quiet and reserved girl and has blossomed into a confident, determined and ambitious young woman. She is pursuing a Bachelor of Computer Applications at Chandigarh University and aspires to become a bureaucrat, serving the nation with honesty and integrity. "Full Circle is more than an NGO for me—it is a family that has supported, mentored and inspired me to learn, grow and dream bigger."
