In Punjab the state of girls, social inequality and discrimination remains an area of concern, and its impact is reflected in the sphere of education, child marriage, sexual abuse, etc. Many reports chronicle the recent developments in government. policies and provides recommendations for future change.

Author Diane Mariechild writes, “A woman is the FULL CIRCLE. Within her is the Power to Create, Nurture, and Transform.” The entire system of 360 degree development revolves around women and even Kofi Annan wrote “There is no tool for development moreeffective than the empowerment of women.”
VISION
Every talented girl from a poor background should get an opportunity to realize her potential.
With two Chapters in Mohali FULL CIRCLR proposes to start a chapter in Rupnagar district in 2024-25 and have a chapter in all 23 districts by 2030
MISSION
- Identify talented girls from poor backgrounds through a process of Recommendation by teachers, Written Tests, Interviews and Home visits and make them our Fellows.
- Nurture these Fellows through a phased process of interactive sessions, confidence building, and sharpen their personality through workshops and practical activity-based events.
- Transform the Fellows to become confident, and self-aware with good communication skills and prepare them for the real world.
